Unwanted Items
If you purchased one of our candles and change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you have lit your candle, placed it into a holder or made any alterations to the candle’s shape or size, you will not be granted a refund.
The cost of shipping the item back to us will need to be covered by you.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 5 working days.
If your refund claim is rejected, we will notify you why and ship the item back to you at no extra cost.
Damaged Items
If your items arrive damaged, you will need to contact us and provide evidence of the condition it arrived in. We will then need to raise a claim with the courier. If we are able to determine damage caused whilst in transit, we will issue a full refund for the items purchased.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund after 5 working days, please double check with your bank’s customer support team to see if they are able to see any incoming payments that may be delayed.
If you still are unable to see your refund after doing this, then please contact us so we can investigate.
Return an Item
To return your product, you should mail your product to: The Antler Candle Company, 60 Highfield Drive, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, ST3 2DA.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
